DOOLEYS supports a wide range of community groups, charities, schools and sporting organisations through the ClubsNSW ClubGRANTS Scheme.

The ClubGRANTS Scheme is designed to ensure that larger registered clubs in NSW contribute to the provision of front-line services for their local communities. It recognises Clubs’ significant financial support for projects and services that contribute to the well-being of their local communities.

There are two classes of expenditure under the ClubGRANTS scheme:

• Category 1 – expenditure on specific Community Welfare and Social Services, Community Development, Community Health Services and Employment Assistance Activities; and
• Category 2 – expenditure on other community development and support services (e.g. traditional areas of Club expenditure such as support for sport and recreation groups)

HOW DO I APPLY?

Category 1 applications:

All Category 1 applications are processed through Auburn City Council and the ClubGRANTS Local Committee. Click HERE for more information about our local Category 1 applications.

Category 2 applications:

All Category 2 applications should complete the required application form. Completed applications should be sent before 30 May 2011 and addressed as follows:

• March - May 2012: Call for applications advertised in local papers
• 1 May 2012: ClubGRANTS Category 1 applications open
• 29 May 2012: Applications Closing Date
• June-July 2012: Applications reviewed by ClubGRANTS Local Committee
• August 2012: Applicants advised of outcome and funding distributed
